                                    TO RESUME ITS FORMER STATUS AS
                                    A FULLY REPORTING BULLETIN BOARD COMPANY.

                           The major aim of management is for the Company to
                           resume it's former status as a fully reporting company,
                           ouf financials are being prepared and will be submitted

SWTG is also considering it's options in re-establishing its exclusively owned Supatree agroforestry business to become a part of the rapidly growing carbon sequestration industry.
